If your vehicle has been moved illegally we can help you to locate it by using the Global Positioning System (GPS) in your Trackstar unit. Also, if your vehicle moves without the use of its keys, the unit will notify us and we'll be able to let you know and check if there is an explanation for it.

If you are already aware that your vehicle is missing you must first report the theft to the police and obtain a crime reference number. With your police crime reference number call our dedicated Trackstar Operator on 0844 561 999 0 who will activate the GPS tracking function giving the vehicle's exact location every 20 seconds.

Some tracking devices rely on Police cars fitted with detection systems to track vehicles, at Trafficmater we track the vehicle ourselves and liaise with the Police which means not only are you more likely to get your vehicle back but there is a much greater chance it won't have been damaged in a high speed chase!
