Flat Solar Panels

Solar panels can be a great source of free power, but they are not the be all and end all so be cautious.  Talk to many people before jumping in and buying solar panels.  Ask ten people the same question and your likely to get ten different answers.  Solar panels are sold by Watts but they should be sold be efficiency!  Cheap panels can be great if they are normal panels being sold cheaply.

Some manufacturers "overstate" their panels to get around efficiency issue's IE sell you a hundred watt panel claim that it is a 80 watt and everyone is happy, except your payload and the reduced roof space that may stop you having other items fitted because of lack of space!
